Kathy Tsiaplis
Kathy Tsiaplis, the Principal of KTSI Legal, has over 15 years’ legal experience with a keen interest in leasing and licensing, and in particular retail leases. Kathy is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria Leasing Committee.
Kathy has previously worked in-house for Austexx Pty Ltd (the previous owner and developer of DFO centres in Australia), and more recently with Country Road Group (comprising the Country Road, Mimco, Witchery, Trenery and Politix brands). In both roles, Kathy has worked closely with all facets of the business and has a solid understanding of the commercial issues faced by retail businesses and is able to provide strategic commercial legal advice to assist her clients.
While in Private Practice (at Herbert Geer & Rundle and Piper Alderman lawyers), Kathy acted for a number of clients in regard to buying and selling property, conveyancing and subdivision matters for all types of real estate interests, including residential, commercial, retail and industrial property.
